Call For Papers: UChicago Constitutional Law Conference
have a paper on constitutional structure?
The Constitutional Law Institute is soliciting submissions on all topics relating to constitutional structure for a conference on Friday, April 24, 2026, organized by the University of Chicago Constitutional Law Institute and held at the University of Chicago Law School.
The conference will consider papers (at any stage of development) addressing any aspect of constitutional structure in U.S. constitutional law (such as the separation of powers, federalism, etc.). If accepted, authors will have an opportunity to submit a revised draft prior to the conference for presentation and discussion. Accepted papers will be made available to all conference participants. There will be no publication requirement; the goal is the discussion and the sharing of ideas. Travel and accommodation expenses for those selected will be covered by the Constitutional Law Institute.
This is our second annual conference in what we hope will become an annual tradition, with the overall focus of the conference alternating between issues of individual rights and issues of constitutional structure.
You can submit your paper here. All are welcome to attend, as well.
